MetCon: 5 Rounds for Weight
Dumbbell Complex:

6 Dumbbell Row
6 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean
6 Dumbbell Squat
6 Dumbbell Overhead
6 Burpees

Rest 3 minutes between rounds. Add weight each round.
NOTE: If you drop the weight/put the weight down without finishing up the round, you don’t add weight for the next round. Just finish the round and drop weight for the next round.
